Thursday and Friday, June 24th and 25th at 8pm

- The Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco
- The San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus
- The Golden Gate Men's Chorus
- Voices Lesbian Choral Ensemble

If you haven't seen any of these groups, you NEED to be there! Together we will serenade, entertain, and wow you, and usher in the 40th San Francisco Pride Celebration!

Voices Lesbian Choral Ensemble is an Oakland, California-based a cappella group that strives to use musical excellence and the messages in its repertoire to promote lesbian visibility and social justice.

Greetings and welcome to
VOICES Lesbian Choral Ensemble! My name is Jessica Bejarano and it is
with great pleasure and privilege that I serve as new Music Director of
VOICES. Great energy, a new direction, and an exciting new season are on
our horizon. Join us as a volunteer or audience member as we bring to
our communities the power and energy of music!

20th Anniversary Concerts - May 2008
Voices celebrated our 20th anniversary with concerts at the Kanbar
Center in San Francisco on May 16th and at the Lake Merritt United
Methodist Church in Oakland on May 17th.
29th Annual Pride Concert "Here's Where I Stand" - June 2007
The 29th Annual Pride Concert Here's Where I Stand kicked off
San Francisco's Pride weekend with music covering a rainbow of
expression -- from blues to Broadway, from gospel to world, from jazz
and funk to classical. Hosted by the Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco, the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus and the San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band,
the concert was expanded to two nights and featured Voices Lesbian
Choral Ensemble as special guest artists. GLAM Youth Choir,
San Francisco's first GLBT youth chorus, celebrated its first
anniversary, provided preconcert entertainment.
